We standardize craft 100HL beer factory operations with a four or five vessel brewhouse. This includes a mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle, whirlpool tank, and buffer tank. We offer hot water tank and cold water tank, and heat exchanger for wort cooling. Our brewhouse equipment supports infusion and decoction methods, with steam heating as standard.
Fermenters come in volume to match the brewhouse, with the number based on fermentation cycles for different beers. Brite tanks can be same as fermenter volume.
The Control Unit for commercial brewing systems manages the brewing process with an electrical cabinet.or It integrates automatic controls through a PLC system, equipped with sensors and pneumatic valves.
