Producing the 1000L Stainless Steel Primary Fermenter is a testament to our dedication to quality and innovation in brewing technology. Each fermenter is meticulously crafted using the highest quality stainless steel, undergoing rigorous quality control to ensure a seamless and robust structure. Our production process integrates advanced welding techniques and hygienic design principles, resulting in a fermenter that promotes optimal yeast performance and simplifies the cleaning process. Designed for the rigors of commercial brewing, our fermenters are built to last, delivering consistent, high-quality beer production.
1000L stainless steel primary fermenter Introduction:
Our 1000L stainless steel primary fermenter support both fermenting and lagering processes. We offer a range of models, including Cylindrical Conical Tanks (CCT) and Fermentation Vessels (FV), designed as unitanks. Equipped with glycol jackets, these tanks manage temperature precisely, creating the ideal conditions for yeast activity during fermentation and lagering.
Fermentation, where yeast transforms wort into beer, is crucial. It’s followed by lagering, a phase that lets the beer stabilize and mature, enhancing its complexity and smoothness.
We prioritize safety and sanitation with features such as pressure relief valves, a CIP cleaning arm, and sanitary sample valves. Manholes allow for easy maintenance, and the conical bottom design of our fermenters facilitates sediment removal and an effective maturation process.
Experiment with various brewing techniques under controlled pressure conditions using our pressure fermenters.
We manufacture our 1000L stainless steel primary fermenter with a high standard of polishing. Our rigorous acid-washing process ensures a clean interior with no dead corners for the fermentation process. Superb welding techniques create a seamless and robust tank structure.
GAEA’s commitment to quality and innovation is evident in every aspect of our fermentation vessels. Suitable for both small-batch artisanal production and large-scale industrial operations, our fermenters are engineered to deliver exceptional beer quality and character.
