The basic brewhouse construction for brewing system is Mash/Lauter tun, Brew Kettle/Whirlpool tun and Hot liquor tank.Our 2 barrel beer brewery equipment ensures a steady beer output, brewing 2bbl per batch, with the option for 1-2 batches daily.each fermenter with a capacity 2bbl or 4bbl , it can scale up to a weekly beer output of 3,500 liters, meeting the demands of growing business.
Powered by single-phase or three-phase electric supply,2bbl stainless steel brewing equipment adapts to various voltages and frequencies. We provide electric, direct fire, or steam heating options to match individual brewing preferences.
For optimal operation,2 bbl beer system requires a minimum 35 M2 space , housing the brewing process and equipment.
We use infusion and multi-step infusion mashing techniques, enabling the creation of various beer styles in-house for the nanobrewery.
