300L 3HL electric brewhouse for hotel, typically equipped with two multi-purpose vessels, is central to wort production. Commonly featuring a hot water tank for increased efficiency and energy savings, Two vessel brewhouse equipment is ideal for brewing systems under 2000L microbrewery .

The mash tank facilitates starch and protein breakdown in malt, followed by lautering in the same brewing vessel, known as a ‘Mash Tun/Lauter Tun’, to separate and collect clear wort.

After lautering, the wort moves to a brew kettle for 1 to 1.5-hour boiling, then enters a 30-minute whirlpool process in the same tank,this combined vessel known as a ‘Kettle Tun/Whirlpool Tun’. It is then swiftly cooled and transferred to the fermenter to begin fermentation.
