40 bbl commercial automated brewing system offers a balance between the high output of a large brewery and the intimacy of a microbrewery.Our commercial brewery systems is designed to provide a medium-sized solution, ranging from 15,000 litres to 50,000 litres per day, ensuring a consistent supply for local demand.These breweries typically distribute their products through offering bottled or canned beer on shop shelves.
We standardize commercial microbrewery equipment operations with a four or five vessel brewhouse. This includes a mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle, whirlpool tank, and buffer tank. We offer hot water tank and cold water tank, and heat exchanger for wort cooling. Our brewhouse equipment supports infusion and decoction methods, with steam heating as standard.
Fermenters come in volume to match the brewhouse, with the number based on fermentation cycles for different beers. Brite tanks can be same as fermenter volume.
The Control Unit for large scale brewing equipment manages the brewing process with an electrical cabinet.or It integrates automatic controls through a PLC system, equipped with sensors and pneumatic valves.
