Masterplanning and design

Determine the overall scale and capacity of the brewery.

Plan the overall layout of the plant, including production area, Cold room areal,storage area, office area, logistics channel, etc.

Brewing process design

Determine the specific flow of the brewing process, including raw material treatment, Mashing, Lautering, boiling,whirlpooling, fermentation, maturation, filtration and packaging steps etc…

Design the corresponding process flow diagrams and operating procedures

Plant layout design

Refine the layout of each production area according to the process flow and production requirements.

Consider equipment size, operating space, material flow direction and personnel flow.

Tank design

Detailed design for key equipment such as saccharification pots, filtration tanks, boiling pots, spinning and settling tanks, fermentation tanks, clearing tanks and so on.

Consider tank size, shape, materials, insulation, cleaning and maintenance.

Piping design

Including PID piping and instrumentation diagrams

Design pipework for conveying water, wort, beer, CIP (clean in place) solutions, etc.

Ensure pipework is well laid out to minimise pressure loss and risk of mixing contamination.

Design of instrumentation and control systems for monitoring and automated control of the production process.

Design of auxiliary systems

Including the design and layout of systems for refrigeration, heating, ventilation, lighting, power supply, etc.

Automation and control system design

Integration of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems to improve production automation.

3D Design

Use 3D modelling software to create a virtual model of the brewery, providing an intuitive layout of the space and equipment placement.

Accurately lay out equipment such as saccharification systems, fermentation tanks, clearing tanks, filtration systems, etc., as well as related piping and connections in 3D space
