Tank Body
We offer a comprehensive warranty on the tank body for up to 5 years under normal conditions of use. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme conditions such as the use of super standard acids, alkalis, pressure or mechanical damage.
Accessories and Auxiliary
We offer a comprehensive 1 year warranty on all accessories and auxiliary facilities.
Wear and sensitive parts
For wearing parts and sensitive parts such as pump seals, gaskets, sensors, etc., we offer a 3-month warranty.
Natural damage
We are responsible for natural damage to the machine during the warranty period, with the exception of human damage.
Standard spare parts
Standard spare parts and wearing parts will be provided free of charge with the machinery.
Non-man-made damage
Even if non-man-made damage occurs during the warranty period, our company will still provide technical service. If replacement parts are required, we will only charge the lowest cost.
