30hl 25 bbl automatic steam heated 3-vessel brewhouse is the most important piece of equipment in the wort preparation process, and the brewhouse generally has multiple functions that integrate the brewing process of mashing, lautering, boiling and whirlpooling.When the size of the brewery exceeds 1,000 litres, many brewers prefer to use a three-vessel brewhouse. This setup increases operational flexibility and allows for various combinations of brewing vessels to accommodate different techniques and recipes. One of its main advantages is the ability to brew two batches at the same time, producing up to 3-4 batches per day, which greatly increases production. Heating Method Steam Heating:Facilitated by a boiler or generator, ensures even and rapid heating without scorching the pot. It also allows for precise temperature control.

Direct Fire Heating: The kettle comes with a burner and agitator for direct heating, but is prone to wort scorching with decoction mashing. For this reason, steam heating is often more appropriate.
