For environments with particularly aggressive conditions, an upgrade to SUS 316L stainless steel is available, providing additional protection against corrosion. Each wine tank is meticulously crafted with sanitary construction standards, featuring 100% TIG welded joints and seams, ensuring a clean and smooth interior surface that is easy to clean and maintain.

The temperature of wine fermenter and wine storage tanks are control led by the refrigerant injected in the jacket cooling by dimple plate jacketed design which owns a high effective ratio of heat transfer and a high precision of temperature control, thus can keep the wine quality too. This fine-tuning supports the specific needs of your wine as it matures, guaranteeing peak flavor expression.

• Full Container Load (FCL): Choose between 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft containers for secure transport. We wrap each wine fermentation tank unit in plastic and secure it with a wire frame to ensure safe transit.

• Less-than-Container Load (LCL) and Flatbed: For smaller orders, we pack stainless winery machinery in sturdy wooden crates for reliable shipping. Transitioning to various shipping strategies, we prioritize quality and safety throughout the delivery process. Plus, we actively adapt our methods to meet your specific needs.
