CO2 pressurizing and vacuumizing functions are available, helping to protect beer flavor and carbonation during bottling. The machine adopts an isobaric filling method with a unique pressure maintaining system, which ensures stable and reliable performance while minimizing beer loss. The pressure compensator guarantees a stable filling process.

Working Process

Fix the bottles → CO2 pressurizing → Vacuumizing → CO2 pressurizing again → Beer filling → Pressure stabilization → Pressure relief → Stop → Move bottles to capping station → Capping → Take out the finished bottles
