Ensure smooth beer flow with Micro Matics’ spear types A, S, M, G, or D. Crafted from durable SUS304 material, our kegs feature acid passivation for hygiene. Plus, it can make kegs with custom logo printing—embossing, screen printing, or etching so your brand stands out.
It use TIG welding on the empty keg, safeguarded by inert gases, ensuring flawless full penetration without defects. Welding should be smooth, plain, in one straight line without point or pin hole or other defect. This precise welding process prevents post-washing contamination by microorganisms or residual yeast, preserving the beer’s freshness and authentic taste. For added durability, it weld the stainless steel beer keg neck both internally and externally, reinforcing its structural integrity.
